  5. If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  8. Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed on the website.
  9. Voliwin reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

  4. Replacement is provided only for damaged or incorrect items (as per policy).
  5. Quality issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  6. Proof (photo/video) is mandatory for quality complaints.
  7. Voliwin will verify issues before approving replacement or refund.
  8. Products must be unused and in original condition for claims.
  9. Warranty (if applicable) is as per individual seller/manufacturer terms.
  10. Voliwin acts as a facilitator between customer and seller.

  1. Customers can raise complaints via email, phone, or WhatsApp support.
  2. All complaints must include Order ID and issue details.
  3. Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (for product issues).
  4. Our support team will acknowledge complaints within 24–48 hours.
  5. Resolution time depends on case complexity (usually 3–7 days).
  6. Valid proof (photos/videos) may be required for investigation.
  7. False or misleading complaints may be rejected.
  8. Support is available for order, payment, delivery, and product issues.
  9. Voliwin aims to provide fair resolution between buyer and seller.
  10. Final decision on disputes rests with Voliwin management.

  2. Sellers must provide accurate product details, pricing, and images.
  3. Sellers are responsible for product quality, packaging, and compliance.
  4. Any false information or poor-quality products may lead to suspension.
  5. Sellers must ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
  6. Voliwin reserves the right to reject or remove listings without notice.
  7. Commission or fees (if applicable) will be defined in seller agreement.
  8. Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws and GST regulations.
  9. Customer complaints related to product quality will be shared with sellers for resolution.
  10. Voliwin acts as a marketplace platform and is not the manufacturer of listed products.
