We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once delivered.
- Limited Replacement / Refund
Replacement or refund is allowed only if:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong item is delivered
- Reporting Time
Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Proof Requirement
Valid proof is mandatory:
- Photos or videos of the product
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Order details
- Verification Process
All requests will be verified by our team before approval.
- Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Replacement Condition
Replacement will be provided subject to product availability.
- Non-Eligible Cases
No refund/replacement will be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Used or partially consumed products
- Delay in complaint beyond 48 hours
- Natural variations in color, smell, or texture
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
