- If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

- Voliwin ensures that all products meet basic quality standards before dispatch.
- Most FMCG and natural products do not carry a formal warranty.
- Seller/manufacturer is responsible for product quality assurance.
- Replacement is provided only for damaged or incorrect items (as per policy).
- Quality issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Proof (photo/video) is mandatory for quality complaints.
- Voliwin will verify issues before approving replacement or refund.
- Products must be unused and in original condition for claims.
- Warranty (if applicable) is as per individual seller/manufacturer terms.

- Customers can raise complaints via email, phone, or WhatsApp support.
- All complaints must include Order ID and issue details.
- Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (for product issues).
- Our support team will acknowledge complaints within 24–48 hours.
- Resolution time depends on case complexity (usually 3–7 days).
- Valid proof (photos/videos) may be required for investigation.
- False or misleading complaints may be rejected.
- Support is available for order, payment, delivery, and product issues.
- Voliwin aims to provide fair resolution between buyer and seller.
- Final decision on disputes rests with Voliwin management.
- Vendor / Seller Policy – Voliwin (VERY IMPORTANT)

- Voliwin allows SHGs, artisans, farmers, and manufacturers to sell products on the platform.
- Sellers must provide accurate product details, pricing, and images.
- Sellers are responsible for product quality, packaging, and compliance.
- Any false information or poor-quality products may lead to suspension.
- Sellers must ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Voliwin reserves the right to reject or remove listings without notice.
- Commission or fees (if applicable) will be defined in seller agreement.
- Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws and GST regulations.
- Customer complaints related to product quality will be shared with sellers for resolution.
- Voliwin acts as a marketplace platform and is not the manufacturer of listed products.
