Cancellation Policy – Voliwin
Effective Date: 1st April 2026
- Cancellation Availability
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- No Cancellation After Shipping
Once the order is shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- Request Process
Customers must request cancellation by contacting support with Order ID and details.
- Approval Condition
All cancellation requests are subject to order status and approval by Voliwin.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded.
- Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellation is not allowed for:
- Orders already dispatched
- Customized/special orders (if any)
- Bulk or promotional orders (if specified)
- COD Orders
Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Misuse of Cancellation
Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction or blocking of COD service.
